JACKSON, MI – He did not forget, but for decades, he did his best to bury the memory. He told no one of the abuse he said he endured as a 10th grader at Lumen Christi High School. "It was always there, I just pushed it so far away," said the man, now 45.
About 2 ½ years ago, after he had attempted to take his own life, while his third marriage crumbled and he could no longer go to work, he realized he had to face what he had come to see was the root of his personal strife.
