A new lawsuit was filed Friday alleging sexual abuse by convicted
child molester and defrocked priest Daniel McCormack and the Archdiocese
of Chicago.
The plaintiff — a man identified only as John J. Doe — filed the suit Friday in Cook County Circuit Court against the Archdiocese of Chicago.
