governors-general, has been accused of attempting to sexually
interfere with a young, impoverished English boy sent to an
institution in western NSW.David Hill, a former managing director of the ABC and staunch republican, claimed that the war hero and 13th governor-general of Australia had groped students at Fairbridge Farm School at Molong when he visited in 1955.
