A woman who was just a 17-year-old recruit when she was harassed says the new recommendations would make a huge difference.

A sexual assault victim is welcoming proposed changes to the way the Defence Force handles sexual assault complaint, saying it's "about time" improvements were made.  Stuff has been leaked the executive summary of Queen's Counsel Frances Joychild's inquiry into the Defence Force's handling of sexual assault and harassment complaints.
