State House passes relief for clerical sex abuse victims

The state House Wednesday approved measures to eliminate the criminal statute of limitations for child sex crimes and to propose a Constitutional amendment to open a window for lawsuits in cases where the statute of limitations has already expired. How much momentum those measures will get in the Senate remains unclear.
