Hundreds of alleged rapes, sexual assaults and
instances of sexual exploitation were reported across Victoria's
out-of-home care network over the course of a year, according to
internal documents.
The figures, obtained by the ABC, lay bare the
extent of sexual abuse of children who have been placed in the care of
