The Archdiocese of Agana is revising its response policy for
allegations of sexual abuse against officials of the church, weeks after
four persons accused Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron of sexually abusing
altar boys in Agat in the 1970s.
At the same time, Monsignor Brigido “Bibi” Arroyo, the current spokesman for the archdiocese, said Monday that the archdiocese has a new sexual abuse response coordinator — Deacon Leonard “Len” Stohr.
