Systematic Child Abuse

Institution are operated and governed by individuals, groups or professional bodies. Some individuals use it to abuse children and hide and shelter under the umbrella of the institution, protected by a culture of secrecy.
Any institute that allows adults frequent unsupervised contact with minors can unfortunately result in some sort of violation against children.
