A CATHOLIC priest charged with child sex offences has been accused of assaulting one of his victims with a pool cue. Salesian priest and former school principal Julian Fox, 67, today
faced court for the first time since the Catholic church negotiated with
Victoria Police to see him returned from Rome.
He has been charged with 10 offences, including committing three counts of buggery against a boy under the age of 14 in 1980.
