Allegations of physical abuse of
children at an Aberdeenshire school for pupils with special needs are
being investigated by police. The alleged incidents concern
nursery and primary-aged children at Westfield School in Fraserburgh
covering a period between 2013 and this year.
Three members of staff have been asked to stay away from the school during the investigation. Aberdeenshire Council said it was "understandably a worrying time".
