RELIGION is "outdated" and "people no longer fear death", according to Plymouth people on the street. The comments were made in reaction to a YouGov survey which says 46 per
cent of adults from all races identify as having no religion, with 42
per cent considering themselves Christian.
Council officer Nichola Wren says she identifies as being Spiritualist but not religious and thinks child abuse in the Catholic church has had an impact on the way people view religion.
