— A monetary settlement has been reached between The Boy Scouts of
America and some of the victims alleged to have been sexually abused by former Foxboro scoutmaster William Sheehan.
Nine victims were involved in the settlement, reached in June after mediation with the Scouts, said lawyer Mitchell Garabedian, who represented the nine. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed Wednesday.
