A FORMER Marist Brothers Hamilton student, Terry Skippen, has told the
Royal Commission about a year of abuse by Brother Romuald when he was in
his first year of high school in 1960.
He told how Brother Romuald began abusing him by fondling his genitals in the classroom, which he would do repeatedly. “After the abuse, I changed,” Mr Skippen said. He left school at the end of 1962 and began working in a bank.
