Victims have begun a boycott of
the Government’s child sex abuse inquiry after being ordered to sign up
to a code of conduct if they want to attend meetings.
The demand has so infuriated one survivors’ group, its members are refusing to go to a discussion group with senior members of the inquiry.
The landmark Victims and Survivors Forum is due to take place in Cardiff on Thursday in an attempt to allay fears of abuse victims after a series of damaging blows to the inquiry.
