HAWLEY - A Roman Catholic priest has
been extradited from New Jersey to face 40 felony counts of sexual abuse
of children in Wayne County, District Attorney Janine Edwards said
yesterday.
The Rev. Kevin
Gugliotta, 54, of Mahwah, was arraigned before Magisterial District
Judge Bonnie Carney in Hawley and placed in county jail on $1 million
cash bail.
The defendant faces 20 counts of
dissemination of child pornography and 20 counts of possessing the
pornography related to illegal computer activity at his part-time
residence in Gouldsboro.
