WA’S top judge says harsh judicial punishments are failing to stem the tide of child sexual abuse cases flooding the courts. WA
Chief Justice Wayne Martin, who will this week chair an event
investigating prevention of child sex abuse, said therapy needed to be
offered to offenders to stop them molesting children.
