A 50-year-old man alleges he was allowed to become an altar server for the Tumon parish when he was 12 and was sexually abused. M.S.M.
filed a lawsuit yesterday in the District Court of Guam against the
Archdiocese of Agana, the Boy Scouts of America, and retired priest
Louis Brouillard.
The lawsuit alleges that M.S.M. was not part of any religion nor did he practice any religious beliefs, but a few of his friends introduced him to the Catholic Church and convinced him to become an altar boy.
