The Fair Work Commission has rejected the "George Pell" defence of a truck driver sacked for allegedly sexually harassing a male colleague by joking about "molesting" him and calling him his "toy boy" or "step son".
Toll Transport fired the pick-up driver after finding he had acted inappropriately by sending vulgar and sexually offensive text messages younger forklift driver, despite evidence the relationship was consensual.
