Former Guam priest Louis Brouillard
sexually abused multiple boys at the same time and repeatedly, offering
them food as a reward, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in federal
court.
The lawsuit, which is among
dozens accusing Brouillard of child sexual abuse, was filed by
48-year-old "M.I.Q." who, like most plaintiffs, used his initials to
protect his privacy.
