"Sister Mary," nun accused of running off with child, case may be dismissed

A judge presiding over the prosecution of a nun accused of running off to South America with a farm worker's child called the case a "jurisdictional mess" and hinted that it may be dismissed.
Laura Caballero, 54, also known as "Sister Mary," leader of St. Filumena Catholic Church in Eustis, is accused of interfering with child custody by taking 2-year-old Maria Lopez Vasquez to Argentina without the parents' permission.
