VICTIM of Catholic Church abuse has had a two-hour audience with Archbishop Philip Tartaglia to discuss how to help survivors. Dave Sharp was granted the one-to-one meeting with the Archbishop of Glasgow, Scotland’s senior Catholic cleric, after Tartaglia apologised to victims on behalf of the Church last week.
The 56-year-old, who was assaulted as a child at a Catholic brothers’ school in Falkland, Fife, said the discussion was very positive and he raised his concerns in a “very open and frank” way.
