Child sexual abuse royal commission: Salvation Army commissioner apologises to victims

Do you know what... this had me in tears... why don't the catholic church Nazareth house nuns... in Australia and New Zealand... admit and give us sincere apology's like this... they have lied through their teeth... from day one... we can not heal until... they admit to the abuse... their order of nuns did to us children... they have never given us an a sincere apology... which they promised they would... their apology came out of the book... of the Path of Healing... and it had no meaning to the words... just like their cold hearts... the words cut us up... instead of each of the apology's being different... and as if they had the person in mind... in who the apology was for... I read mine one.. and asked them for another one... which I got two years later... after I kept on at them... it was still the same... they have fought us all the way... they might as well had told us... that we were the abusers... which I have heard from so many people... we were just little children... they had no right in abusing us... in the way that they did... in their orphanages...  Ann
