The B.C. Court of Appeal has
allowed an "extraordinary" time extension to enable a man accused of
sexually abusing his children to appeal a family case "more than three
years out of time."
The decision comes after the court learned that the credentials of a
so-called expert witness who testified in the major child abuse case
were called into question by the accused father's legal team.http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/judge-bc-sexual-abuse-errors-b-j-province-appeal-b-c-court-of-appeal-1.3462271
