This calls for the world to take action... the catholic church has
covered up... rape of children for years... and this will make it more
harder... for the victims - survivors to come forward... the world
should not take this sitting down... we all need to come as one
nation... and stand our ground... against the last announcement of Pope
Francis... of the catholic church... not to report RAPE to the
authorities...

Guidelines state it is ‘not necessarily’ a bishop’s duty to report claim of clerical abuse. The One in Four organisation has expressed shock at the implications of a new Vatican document on the reporting of claims of clerical abuse.
Maeve Lewis,
executive director of One in Four, said she was shocked at the
implication that bishops had discretion whether or not to report
incidents of clerical abuse to the civil authorities.
