A Cub Scout who refused to swim naked during an outing at the Lonfit River in the early 1980s was punished afterward by priest and Scoutmaster Louis Brouillard, who refused to buy the boy food at McDonald's, according to the latest lawsuit accusing Brouillard of sexually abusing children.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in the Superior Court of Guam, is the 156th to accuse a priest or other person associated with the church of sexual abuse.
