The Roman Catholic Jesuit province serving much of the eastern United States on Monday released the names of Jesuit priests who face "credible or established" accusations of sexual abuse of minors dating to 1950 -- that includes some Marquette University staff.
The Midwest Jesuits put out a letter Monday along with the list, saying they were self-reporting in the interest of transparency. They said all of the people were "credibly accused" of sexual abuse of a child.
